Work Permits
The Menomonee Falls Community Education & Recreation Department issues work permits to anyone under the age of 18 working in an area other than agriculture or domestic service work. Permits are processed between the hours of 8:00 AM an 4:15 PM, Monday - Friday.
Work Permit Requirements
The following items are required to obtain a work permit:
Work Permit Information Form - This form will need to be completed before a work permit will be issued.

The following items are required to obtain a work permit:
- The minor's birth certificate or baptismal certificate with date of birth
- The minor's original social security card or letter from Social Security Administration
- Signed letter from employer explaining job duties and hours of work
- Signed permission from parent
- $10 permit fee payable by cash or check only
